The villa
Even though Casa Oliver is hidden away from any noise and disturbance, we are also only 800 metres from the main road between Pollenca town and Port de Pollenca, so access to and from the villa is easy.
The villa is a newly refurbished 5 bedroom/4 bathroom home, with high quality furnishings, decoration and accessories throughout.
It is ideal for larger parties, groups of friends, two family get-togethers or those who simply want a bit more space to stretch out and relax in.
Outdoor facilities include a large pool, substantial outdoor patio areas for sun lounging, both outdoor and indoor eating areas, a BBQ area, table tennis enclosure and a large balcony for eating, drinking and relaxing. There is private parking for up to three cars.
Indoors the villa has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two living areas, both fitted with large screen smart TVs with a full range of viewing options including U.K. TV, Netflix and DVDs.
Upstairs, the large open plan kitchen is kitted out with the latest Neff kitchen equipment, whilst downstairs the utility area has full washing facilities, along with a handy fridge for storing poolside treats like ice creams.
Free WiFi is available throughout the villa.

Outside the villa, the old world charm of beautiful Pollenca town is just a five minute car/taxi ride away (or a very pleasant 40 minute evening walk).
Pollenca has a superb selection of shops , cafes and restaurants, both popular and upmarket. The key supermarkets (Lidl & Eroski), are even closer, on the main road into town.
The Port, with its spectacular views over the Bay of Pollenca , is a major tourist destination in its own right.
It has all the beach and sea activity you could possibly want, and is less than 10 minutes away.
The beach at Cala St Vicenc is also just five minutes away, with a range of restaurants and shops to visit.
Alcudia, with its charming old town, and the bustling strip further along the coast, is just 15 minutes drive.
The spectacular Tramuntana Mountains are right on our doorstep here in the North of the island. A drive straight up to the monastery at Lluc provides stunning views out across the Mediterranean.
Driving the other way out to the lighthouse at Formentor is one of the most dramatic routes in the med - not to be missed.
For those more energetic souls, cycling is the biggest pastime on the island, closely followed by walking, with a range of hikes into the mountains to suit all skill and energy levels.
